Ordering and Delivery
- Is there a minimum number of bottles I can order?

No, there is no minimum order. However, there is a minimum delivery charge, unless of course you are collecting. So obviouly the more bottles you spread the delivery charge over the better.
- How are the wines delivered and how long does it take?

We use a network of carriers who have years of experience in the trade. Orders will normally be with you between one and three days of receipt of order. If you require a more urgent, guaranteed delivery time please call us to discuss your requirements.
- What happens if my wine is not in stock?

We do our utmost to keep our stock at good levels, and to update the website as soon as we run out of a particular wine. However, on the rare occasions we are unable to fulfil your order we will send you an e-mail suggesting what we think would be a suitable alternative. You are under no obligation to accept our sugestions and we will refund you in full for the items we are unable to supply if that is your preference.
