Sebastian Beaumont uses only the best quality fruit from selected sites for what he calls his "straight" Chenin. Different factions are fermented separately to allow the different yeast strains to add their own character. There then follows four months lees contact before blending and bottling. Fresh and vibrant with lemon, green melon and tropical guava aronas. The palate is fruit driven with a crisp, balanced acidity giving great focus and length.
