Harvested from 10 – 12 year old low-yielding vines in the Robertson district.
After fermentation in steel vats, the wine spent 9 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak. Lovely lime – gold colour with hints of grapefruit and lime on the palate, finishing with a touch of vanilla crème brulee at the end. At present our only wine from the highly respected Bon Courage range.
