Hand harvested grapes from Stellenbosch and Perderberg are de-stemmed and crushed and given just three hours skin contact, followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left on its lees for a further two months before bottling. Bright cherry pink with aromas of strawberries and tropical fruit. Crisp and refreshing with red berry flavours and just a hint of sweetness at the end. Perhaps more southern Rhone in style.
