Only 4500 bottles of this exquisite Chenin Blanc (66%) and Viognier (33%) blend were made. There isn't room here to go into all the detail of the care and attention that went into making this wine - including two separate pickings of Chenin at different levels of ripeness, and the oxidative handling of the Viognier to control the tannins. The resulting wine is a complex and wonderful example of South African winemaking at it's very best. Obviously very limited availability.
