This Chenin Blanc has an elegance and finesse way above what you would expect at this price point. Fuller bodied with a rich mouthfeel from extended lees contact. Ripe pears, apples, apricots and a hint of honey this wines is just delicious. Drink on it's own to enjoy the full extent of the flavour combinations the winemaker at Simonsig produced in what were very difficult growing and harvesting conditions.
