The addition of Semillon (26%) results in a slightly less sharp attack so typical of some Sauvignon Blanc. Lovely summer fruit nose with mouthwatering flavours of kiwifruit and citrus with a hint of crisp, green peppers ending in a dry, lingering aftertaste. A delicious apperitif but with enough flavour to go well with fish or light pasta dishes. Great with Goat's cheese as well.
