Made using the same grapes as they use in Champagne ( Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) and using the same fermentation techniques. A refined creamy mousse refreshes the palate, sweet baked apple and a yeasty complexity, a touch of zesty citrus and the unmistakable flavour of freshly baked bread, ending with a clean , dry finish. With almost too many awards to list , Simonsig have been producing Methode Cap Classique  longer than anyone else in South Africa. No wonder they are so good at it! The 2005 stole the show at the recent Amorim Cork Cap Classique awards.
