Made from Pinotage (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%). A delightful rosy salmon pink colour contrasts with the strings of pearly white bubbles in the glass. Rose petals and red berries  on the nose. A fine, mouth filling mousse releases floral and yeasty flavours in the mouth. Fresh fruit intensity and body, balanced by a subtle acid structure leads to a crisp, refreshing finish.
