Gorgeous "sticky" from air-dried Chenin Blanc from Tulbagh Mountain Vineyards in Swartland.

Made in tiny quantities this wonderfully concentrated dessert wine is rare find indeed. Aged in a Solera system this is only the second release to date. Viscous honey, lingering toffe and apricot, but with fine acidity preventing cloy - yet with an astonishing 300g/l Residual Sugar. Simply stunning and well worth splashing out on for something extra special this Christmas. 375mls.
