Perhaps the most elegant of the excellent Umkhulu range, Tian is an outstanding example of a mature Bordeaux blend form the cape.

Cabernet Sauvignon (67%) Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Franc (11%) the rest Malbec. A beautiful example of what the cape is capable of producing when making serious wines in this Medoc style. Cedar and blackcurrant on the nose. Then there’s cassis, liquorice and smooth, approachable tannins. Elegant and complex with a finish that is layered and long. A well deserved 90 points from Wine Spectator and 4 stars in the Platter's guide.
